From the other Dartmouth in Nova Scotia, Dan tours all over the Canadian Atlantic coast, around Europe and the UK singing both traditional and his own songs in his beautiful, rich baritone voice. He has a talent for telling tales of the challenges and beauty of life, identifying with and captivating listeners with his comfortable easy style and he's a superb guitarist. Dan has appeared on TV, Radio, the Stage and in Films - quote from a reviewer "Before going further with this review, it's only fair to confess I could listen to him sing all day". Steeped in the music of the sea, he particularly loves Stan Rogers and sings with the international Theatre Show about Stan's life and times. Once he's visited a Club or Festival, organisers tend to get nagged to rebook him and if he brings more than one of his several CDs, you'll have trouble choosing.
